의복구성과 패턴제작의 기초를 익히고 바느질의 기초와 재봉기 사용법을 교육함으로서 의상 제작에 요구되는 기초지식을 배양한다.

This Lecture is designed for students majoring in fashion and apparel, aiming to equip them with fundamental garment construction techniques required in the fashion industry. 본 수업은 패션 및 의상을 전공하는 학생들이 패션산업 현장에서 필요한 기본적인 의상 제작 방법을 학습하는 것을 목표로 한다. Students will develop proficiency in constructing a basic women's blouse structured, step-by-step approach, enabling them to acquire essential skills in pattern design and garment construction techniques. Additionally, they will gain a comprehensive understanding of fabric characteristics, pattern-making, various sewing techniques, and equipment operation, applying their knowledge through hands-on garment fitting sessions themselves. 학생들은 '기본 여성 블라우스를 단계적, 체계적인 방법으로 제작하는 것을 습득하여 패턴설계, 의복제작방법 등을 익힐 수 있도록 한다. 원단의 특성, 패턴제작, 다양한 봉제기법, 장비사용방법 등을 익히고 실제 제작한 의상을 피팅하여 실습한다. This Lecture is conducted in English, allowing students to develop proficiency in fashion-related technical terminology, enhancing their competitiveness in the global fashion industry. 학생들은 영어로 진행되는 수업을 통해 의상제작 관련 전문용어를 익히고 사용하는 능력을 향상시켜 글로벌 패션산업에서 경쟁력 있는 전문 인력으로 성장할 수 있도록 한다. Students will compile their coursework and final projects into a digital portfolio, enabling them to systematically organize their achievements and improve their presentation.

Theory Lecture & Practical Demonstration: Each week, 30 minutes will be dedicated to lectures in English on technical terminology, pattern-making, and garment construction, followed by a Q&A session. ⋅매주 이론 강의 후 실습 시연 : 매주 수업의 30분 정도를 전문용어와 패턴메이킹, 의상제작방법 등을 영어로 강의하고 학생들과 질의응답을 진행한다. Immersive English Environment: The course will be conducted entirely in English, actively incorporating fashion-related technical terms and expressions. However, supplementary explanations in Korean (or other native languages) will be provided as needed to ensure comprehension. ⋅영어 몰입 환경 제공 : 모든 강의는 영어로 진행되며, 의상제작 및 패션과 관련된 전문용어와 표현을 적극적으로 사용한다. 그러나 학생들이 영어강의에 부담을 느끼지 않도록, 한국어 등을 사용할 수 있도록 한다. Step-by-Step Practical Instruction: Students will enhance their understanding of garment construction through demonstrations of hand-stitching techniques, sewing machine operation, and partial sewing methods, providing hands-on guidance to support their practical learning. ⋅단계별 실습지도 : 손바느질 방법, 미싱 사용법, 부분 봉제법 등 시연을 통해 학생들의 실습제작의 이해를 돕는다. . Online Learning Resources: Additional materials such as videos and images will be available to support students' learning beyond class hours. ⋅온라인 학습자료 지원 : 실습수업시간 이외에도, 학생들이 과제나 수업의 이해를 높힐 수 있도록 참고할 수 있는 동영상, 사진 등의 학습자료를 지원한다. Feedback-Centered Learning: Regular feedback will be given on students’ work processes and outcomes, with constructive suggestions for improvement. ⋅피드백 중심 학습: 학생들의 작업 과정과 결과물에 대해 꾸준히 피드백을 제공하며, 개선점을 제시한다. Students can gain greater understanding of apparel by understanding apparel components and drawing and sewing methods and can use the knowledge for planning and developing in the actual field in the future 1. 의복제작 과정의 이해: 의복이 제작되는 전과정에 대한 포괄적 이해도를 높일 수 있음. 2. 의복구성의 이해: 패턴제작, 의상제작 방법의 학습을 통해 의상에 대한 이해도를 높이고 실무에서 기획 개발 업무에 활용할 수 있음.
