PROJECT MANAGEMENT

제조, 서비스 및 공공부문 등에서 발생하는 각종 프로젝트의 효과적이고 성공적인 수행을 위하여 프로젝트 계획, 사업수행 영역, 일정, 예산, 구매, 수행 성과, 자원분배, 의사전달, 위험도 등을 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 방법들을 포괄적으로 다룬다. 아울러 프로젝트 관리 전용 소프트웨어를 통하여 관리 기법을 응용하는 방법을 습득하도록 한다.

This course aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of modern project management principles, best practices and methodologies. It will equip learners with the skills to manage projects effectively in dynamic environments, foster leadership and teamwork, and align project outcomes with organisational goals. Emphasis is placed on leveraging emerging technologies, addressing cultural and behavioural challenges, and delivering value through strategic project planning and execution.
