  1. Course Description
    여성복/남성복 디자인에 대한 산업적 이해와 패션디자인의 단계별 학습 구축을 위해 이론과 실기를 통해 아이템과 디테일, 아이디어 발상 및 디자인의 전개과정을 인지시킨다.
  2. Course Objectives
    *It aims to develop the students’ individual design aesthetic, visualisation skill and personal interests within the creative sector. *It aims to make students aware of issues within the industry and to be able to respond creatively as well as intellectually to the fashion industries most pressing challenges. *It aims for students to train their skill in presenting their work fit for a digitally well versed audience. *It aims for students to be able to navigate between artistically original and commercially viable fashion design. *The class aims to strengthen students understanding of the contemporary fashion culture to be able to further situate their practice. *It aims to provide the foundation of technical skill to develop design into products.
  3. Teachnig Method
    Attendance: If a student misses more than 4 classes the mark will be F Medical related absence must be documented and accepted by the admin team Late arrival will be given until 20 min after class starts NO FOOD IN THE CLASSROOM

    Projects will be market holistically. Marks: Projects will be marked holistically Marks: A+=Outstanding A=Very good B=Good C=Satisfactory D=Pass F=Fail

    This an introduction class, aimed at fashion design department students from year 2.   7. Practical application of the course
    The class is a foundation of for all design related classes in the fashion design department. Skill acquired from the class can be applied for further academic studies in fashion design or entry industry level positions as well as small fashion related start up businesses
