    본 강좌는 학생들에게 다음과 같은 내용을 지도 및 함양하고자 한다. -기초적인 사이클링 이론, 기술, 원리 이해 -사이클링 실습 -자전거 기초정비 및 관리 -사이클링 에티켓 -사이클링을 통한 피트니스와 웰니스의 추구

    -To understand fundamental cycling theories, skills, and principles -To be aware of cycling etiquettes -To appreciate cycling as a physical activity to achieve fitness and wellness -To practice these knowledge and skills to real world setting (road rides)

    Punctuality is a MUST. Respect and consideration among all members in the class. Safety guidelines should be taken seriously.
