This course aims to support students in successfully transitioning to university life and in developing informed academic and career planning competencies within the field of Library and Information Science. Specifically, it seeks to:
* develop fundamental skills and knowledge required for effective adaptation to university life;
* enhance understanding of the major curriculum and the Department of Library and Information Science, thereby fostering academic identity;
