Course Objectives
This course is designed for the non-technical undergraduate business students. Upon completion of this course, students have acquired the core knowledge and skills related to history of East Asian countries, Asian business culture, manners, systems approaches to management and problem-solving. Students will have a good understanding of:
1.The opportunities create value and knowledge for Asian business
2. Systems thinking and approaches to understand problem situations in organizational and social contexts
3. How a combination of history, industry, technology, competitive and regulatory forces create the basis for new business models, and explore the associated opportunities and risks that business managers and consultants should deal with.
