IT Management 과목은 학생들에게 조직의 기술 인프라, 프로젝트, 자원을 효과적으로 관리하고 감독하는 방법에 대한 폭넓은 이해를 제공한다. 기업들이 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해 기술에 점점 더 의존하게 되면서, 시스템을 효율적이고 안전하게 운영하며 비즈니스 목표에 부합하도록 관리하는 IT 관리자의 역할이 점점 더 중요해지고 있다.
이 과목은 IT Management의 전략적 및 운영적 측면에 중점을 두고, 프로젝트 관리, IT 거버넌스, 사이버 보안, IT 서비스 관리, 신기술 등의 핵심 주제를 다룬다. 또한, 이 과목은 학생들이 비즈니스 경영을 발전시켜 나가는 과정에서 직면할 수 있는 기회와 위협을 평가할 수 있는 역량을 기르도록 설계되었으며, 많은 기업의 전략에 주요한 영향을 미치고 있는 산업 내 및 산업 간의 혁신적인 변화들을 이해하는 데 도움을 주고자 한다.
