본 교과목은 패션디자인과 학생들이 창의적 감각을 기반으로 착용 가능한 예술 작품을 기획·제작하는 능력을 함양하는 것을 목표로 한다. 학생들은 예술적 콘셉트 개발에서 디자인 스케치, 소재 실험, 완성 작품 제작까지의 과정을 체계적으로 학습한다. 이를 통해 패션과 예술의 경계를 확장하고, 독창적인 디자인 역량과 시각적 표현력을 강화한다.

An ability to form ideas, narratives, objects and articulation from collected research
An ability to test and develop and document ideas
An ability to fabricate an object, worn or in a performance context

- Practical application of the course
The skills form this class can be applied in all creative and practical subjects. It is a foundation for graduation collection and shall serve as an opportunity to discover new approaches to fashion design.
The class shall enhance practical skills as well as critical thinking and gibe student the opportunity to articulate feelings, make comments on contemporary relevant issues and further situate their practice within art and design.
