  1. Course Description
    This program is designed to give students the confidence and ability to communicate in everyday English conversations. This program focuses on practical daily conversation. In this class we will approach language learning through presentation, reinforcement, and expansion of communication forms and structures that promote the gradual but secure development of the listening, speaking, reading and writing skills gained in previous classes.
  2. Course Objectives
    • improving fluency through speaking activities • expanding vocabulary through discussions, role plays, presentations, pair works, and group works on various topics • develop a solid of understanding of oral English communication, as well as basic structures, taught through non explicit conceptual structure teachings, but through communication, i.e. using the target language. • Students will be required to demonstrate their ability to interact with their teacher and classmates in English. • Students will be expected to participate during class discussions, ask questions, and actively work on improving their communication skills.
  3. Teachnig Method
    • Bring all class materials to class. • No using phones in class. • No sleeping in class. • No laying your head down in class. • No cheating on any assignments.

    • Must be enrolled in the class. • Must meet all prerequisites issued by the university.
  7. Practical application of the course
    At the end of the semester, students who successful complete this class will be able to: - talk about themselves, their families, their daily schedule, their hobbies, as well as other things that interest them. - memorize and use various set phrases. - ask questions in English to help carry on a conversation and to expand on a topic. - speak with confidence and fluency. - use new vocabulary and grammar structures effectively.
