This course will acquaint students with the functions, problems, and decision-making processes of multinational business organizations with regard to both formulation and the execution of business policy. Representative cases are used as a basis for discussions.

• This course aims to gain in-depth knowledge of international business management theory and practice to understand its context and functional fields (management and organization, human resources, accounting, finance, operations, and marketing).
• The learner will develop knowledge and understanding of international business opportunities. This course provides insights into management tools and practices from the nation-state perspective.
