- Course Description
This course will review the historical relations of the two countries since the Joseon dynasty. The most important part of this course will be contemporary relations. Security, trade, international cooperation, FTA, as well as other important issues will be examined in a regional, as well as global context.
Prerequisite: Korean Government and Politics

2. Theoretical framework to penetrate Kor-US relations.
3. Capacity to forecast Kor-US relations in the 21st century.

- Teachnig Method
This class will run by two-types; face-to-face class and real-time zoom classes. Every Tuesday we will have a zoom class. Then every Thursday we will have a face-to-face class.
The class will be an interactive seminar. First few classes, I will deliver lectures. Then we will have seminars. At the first class, students will select topics to present and discuss. Students should prepare presentation and upload materials to the facebook page in order to let classmates prepare comments and discussion. This is an individual presentation and seminar style.

- 11th week : Anti-Americanism (universal points and unique points)

- 14th week : Korea in china-US relations.
