명상(오직 태권도에 집중할 수 있도록 마음을 비우는 것), 기초 동작, 품새(몸의 균형, 조화 그리고 아름다운 동작 등) 및 원스텝 자기 방어 스파링 등의 내용과 기술들을 학생들이 배우게 된다.
- Course Objectives
The purpose is to understand Taekwondo's approach to self-defense and self-defense through various attack/defense techniques, and to learn basic movements and poomsae through understanding Taekwondo's movement principles.
