  1. Course Description
    고객만족과 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 품질방침을 정하고 그것을 실현시키기 위한 산업공학과 경영학 분야의 복합적인 경영관리 기술을 다룬다. 구체적인 사례연구가 포함될 수 있다.
  2. Course Objectives
    The objective of this course are: 1. Explain the importance of leadership, strategic planning, and benchmarking in the success of an effective organization. 2. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the nature, philosophy, and process of total quality management. 3. Analyze the various concepts and techniques needed in creating and sustaining an effective organization. 4. Analyze and apply the various techniques and tools in continuous quality improvement initiatives of an organization. 5. Draw a plan for the organization of people involved in the customer relationship, strategic planning, processes, and benchmarking. 6. Establish the nature and importance or creating and sustaining organizational effectiveness.
  3. Teachnig Method
    A. Laptops, phones, PDA’s, and similar electronic devices are prohibited in class. B. Attendance is expected and required. C. Students arrive on time. D. Students are fully prepared for each class. E. Written assignments are due on the date indicated unless prior approval has been granted. F. No extra-credit projects will be given. G.
