- Course Description
본 교과목은 유익한 대학생활과 합리적 진로설계를 조력하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 본 교과목에서는 대학 시설 및 학생서비스 이용, 대학생활 예절, 그리고 진로 관련 자기이해, 직업세계 이해, 진로 의사결정 등의 내용을 다룬다.
- Course Objectives
The course will cover a variety of topics including active reading and learning, researching and note taking, efficient time management, examination and study skills, interpersonal relations, and employment preparation. The course is completed online with in-class exams.
- Teachnig Method
1. Participate in all class activities.
2. Complete all assigned work and readings on time
3. Academic Dishonesty: Do not plagiarize. When in doubt about plagiarism, paraphrasing, quoting, or collaboration, consult the course instructor. Information about paraphrasing is addressed in course materials posted online.
4. Late Work: Late work is not accepted.
5. This course is taught primarily online. We will meet three times during the semester (for class purposes). Class attendance on these three days is Mandatory. Failure to be inclass on the first day, mid-term and final will result in a failure of the course.
NOTE: Due to special programs that the university arranges for the DULC course, there may be additional class meetings dedicated to those programs, such as: Holland Career Aptitude Test, distributing the test results, and a special lecture about career planning from the university.

Prepare students for University study, and to give class members the tools for flourishing in a university environment (with both online and offline classes), make more conscious and informed choices about their career path, and also be able to manage stress, burnout, or other issues that can arise in university and beyond.
