CHARACTER EDUCATION FOR ENGLISH TEACHERS

본 수업은 인성교육과 관련된 영어읽기와 쓰기를 통해서 예비중등영어교사들이 좋은 인성을 갖추는데 목적을 두고 있다. 수강생들은 좋은 가치와 인성에 대한 훌륭한 문학작품이나 에세이들을 읽고 그 내용들은 미래 영어교실에서 어떻게 활용할 것인지에 대해서 학습할 것이다. 또한, 미래의 학생들에게 좋은 인성을 가르칠 수 있는 적절한 책략들도 배워갈 수 있을 것이다.

This class is designed to foster character development and personal growth through immersive and experiential lessons. Project and problem-based learning methodologies will be used to engage students in real-world challenges that encourage the development and application of critical thinking, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills. The class aims to help students develop resilience, adaptability, empathy, ethical decision-making, and leadership, which are essential for success in modern workplaces and classrooms. Throughout the class, there will be opportunities for self-reflection, peer feedback, and mentorship to supplement learning and personal growth.

Standard rules regarding absences, late submissions, plagiarism, and cheating apply. These will be outlined in class.
