ANALYTICAL INSTRUMENTATION AND LABORATORY IN CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

“화공 기기분석 이론과 실습”교과에서는 강의를 통하여 기기 작동에 사용되는 이론 배경에 대한 지식에 더하여 지금까지는 가능하지 않았던 실습을 포함하여 데이터 수집과 정량 정석 분석을 통한 분석기기에 대한 이해를 핵심 역량으로 키우고자 하는 목적이다.

This course will provide the students the necessary skill expected from the current chemical engineers after learning the physical and mathematical backgrounds of the selected methods of most importance (SEM, NMR, IR, and VU-VIS) from the above-mentioned methods and studying the examples of the relevant organic compounds. Also MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) as an extension of NMR method will be discussed in the second part of the class.

대면수업을 기본으로 수행하나 학내외 사정이나 학생들과의 논의 후 비대면 수업도 진행할 수 있음. Lectures will be done only in English and the students are highly encouraged to participate in question and answer sessions during the lectures. Lecture notes in ppt format will be distributed before each class. The lab will be taught in Korean.
