- Course Description
The purpose of this 3rd year course is to introduce students to the realities and impacts of
climate change and global warming on cities. Subsequently, different tools and design
strategies will be explained to show them possibles design solutions for more sustainable
urban environments.

- Understand the global environmental situation we are living in.
- Learn and understand the sustainable & environmental approach to urban design
- Be able to adapt design solutions seen in class to future design projects

- Lectures, class discussions and video presentations are part of the teaching process
- Discussions, Q&A & open-book quizzes are used to solidify the understanding of the lecture content
