  1. Course Description
    한국 비즈니스 문화 교과목은 한국 비즈니스에서 중요한 혁신적인 리더십의 행동과 절차 규범 통해 한국 비즈니스 문화를 이해하는 전문 과정이다. 이 과정을 통해 배울 수 있는 것은 디지털 산업 기반 하에 한국 기업 및 기업가적 전략을 형성하는데 한국 비즈니스 문화가 어떠한 역할을 하는지 살펴보고자 한다. 한국 비즈니스 문화에서는 문화적 상대주의와 차별화가 글로벌 비즈니스에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 다각적인 접근법을 사용할 것이다. 해당 교과목에서는 한국의 비즈니스 문화, 진화, 글로벌화의 참여에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 한국 비즈니스 문화에서 다루게 되는 주요 주제에는 한국사회를 구성하는 규범, 정책, 트랜드, 국가의 경제력 등이 포함된다. 수강생들은 한국인들의 윤리의식, 가치체계, 의사결정, 한국기업의 시장 포지셔닝과 글로벌 경쟁력에 대한 진화된 지식을 갖게 될 것이다.
  2. Course Objectives
    Upon Completed of this course, students be able to: 1. Understand the fundamentals of international economics prevalent to KOREA-ASEAN economic integration. 2. Demonstrate an awareness of the development of policy and system building strong trade partnership among members of ASEAN and Korea. 3. Develop entrepreneurial skills on market positioning and global competitiveness through scanning of business environment. 4. Recognize the extent of influence of ASEAN to Korea economic development vice versa. 5. Understand and able to critically analyze the emerging trends and issues in world economic development.

    This course will follow the Keimyung University moral and academic rules and regulations throughout the system's learning period.

    The following are the essential requirements to be complied with to pass the course: a. Activity sheet. The students will have an activity to understand the topic at every meeting quickly. b. Video presentation. Presentation of documentary short film or video that illustrates the nature of Korean Business Culture c. Case study. The student will read research and case studies that will help them understand the research base facts of Korean Culture. d. Forum- FB page that requires students to participate in sharing their opinion about a posted topic. e. Exit interview- simple question and answer. Professor will give a question from the lessons discussed. f. Midterm Written exam g. Final requirement: Cultural Event- this activity aims to help students to showcase the elements of Business Culture through cultural shows and exhibits.

    The following are the expected learning outcome of the students: 1. Recognize and assess culture's impact on Korea's business and economic progress. 2. Understand Korea's comprehensive economic activities' geopolitical, social and cultural dimensions. 3. Identify the macro and microenvironment of the peninsula that may represent the opportunities and threats for Foreign Direct Investors. 4. Understanding of the analytical and empirical issues relevant to Korea Business culture and global trading. 5. Ability to identify critical points in the relevant literature and to produce and effectively present concise and cogent summaries to a group of peers.
