PROJECT FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR BUSINESS

사업을 시작하기 전 실시하는 프로젝트 타당성 조사는 사업 시작에 이점들이 있고 효과적인 전략으로 여겨진다. 경쟁우위를 유지하는 기업들은 새로운 도전들을 하면서 신중한 평가와 함께 사업기회를 준비했다. 본 과정은 사업제안서와 타당성 조사 준비에 대한 개념과 이론을 제공할 것이다. 본 과정은 학생들에게 프로젝트 사업 제안서 작성에 대한 전문적인 지식과 기술을 실질적으로 적용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 고안되었다. 본 과정은 크게 4개의 장으로 나누어진다. 1장 사업프로젝트의 이해, 2장 프로젝트 타당성 조사 개요, 3장 타당성 조사의 주요 구성요소, 4장 프로젝트 타당성조사 평가방법.

To provide the basic knowledge and skills on how projects related to business and entrepreneurship are conceived and developed which will put emphasis on Project feasibility studies preparation. To provide the students with the opportunities to conceptualize and develop projects on their own which are related to business as a practical way of reinforcing their theoretical knowledge To provide the students with basic skills on the different methods or strategies for presenting project studies.

Final Examinations Final examination coverage will be from the start of the classes until the last lecture prior to the scheduled examination. Project Study The student will be required to prepare and present a project feasibility study through a poster about the business they have conceptualized before the class. The said project will be evaluated by some invited professors with backgrounds in project development and management based on the project evaluation criteria set. Practical Exercises During the regular class sessions, some oral output presentations will be related to every topic being discussed, specifically on the major aspects of the Project Feasibility study preparation. Attendance Significant time is allotted for discussion, and active learning. Therefore each student is encouraged to attend classes regularly to maximize the benefits of learning in this course. Counseling and Behavior The behavior of the students in the class and with the team will be observed. Students are likewise encouraged to have counseling with the professor.
