    Rationale: Preparing a roadmap that will guide you in implementing an enterprise and to prove your idea is viable. This course will help you to outline the route a company intends to take to grow revenue, make profit and secure investments. Its focus is on having a viable means of recognizing opportunity, through market and industry research. By formulating an effective marketing, operations and organizational plan, realistic sales projections will be developed that will lead to a financial plan that is both feasible and profitable. Focus: To create an effective strategy for business growth by determining the entity’s future financial needs as well as how to attract potential investors and lenders.
